Follow up with the Flexera support team for any data/information conflicts in the tool.

Weekly monitoring of the Licenses data in Flexera for any compliance breaches.

Coordinate with the IT System Owner and Flexera Team for adding/modifying Licenses data in Flexera tool.

Monitor Licenses compliance using Otsuka provided Flexera Tool.

Generate and Publish Reports for the Weekly and Monthly Governance reviews.
